Shipping Information

Shipping:

Shipping is included in the price if stated on product page. To calculate shipping you must add item to cart and click check out. Enter your shipping address and click next. The shipping will be calculated. At this time you may Cancel or Place your order. Shipping is to the lower 48 United States only via USPS, UPS, FedEx and Freight Carrier. For shipping quotes to other areas please call or email sales@wateman.com. We will ship within 7 to 10 business days after payment is received. No shipping to post office boxes, APO, OR FPO unless stated in product description.
If paying by Paypal or Credit Card, we will only ship to a confirmed mailing address. Shipping/Handling fee is non- refundable.

Smaller items will ship via USPS, UPS or FedEx ground. If you require a signature you must tell us when you make your payment, otherwise UPS and FedEx have the right to leave the item at your door. We are not responsible.

Duties & Customs:
Canadians and International buyers are responsible in the event of duties and taxes imposed by individual countries.

Larger items are shipped via Freight Carrier and are subject to these conditions:

Orders are shipped as a curbside delivery. Customer is responsible for removing order from truck. If you have other requirements please contact us at (248) 477-7245 or email sales@wateman.com.

Please include daytime phone number for freight delivery. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery date. You must be present on the delivery date. Once we have all the required information, your order will be shipped within 7 to 10 days.

Customer is responsible for removing order from truck and installing order.

Note the number of pieces received next to your signature on the freight bill. Any and all claims for damage or shortages must be filed with the freight carrier.

Sales tax will be added to all orders shipped within the state of MI.
