One weight stack for the Flat/Incline/Decline and Squat Station. Horizontal Bench Press for correct angles in decline, flat, incline, and shoulder presses. Patent pending Adjustable Cable Arms provide for a complete array of dumbbell exercises, sports specific exercises, and rehab exercises. Bench slides out of the way for squats. Press Arm folds out of the way for dumbbell work. Two 200-pound weight stacks, shrouds and mounted exercise charts included! UPHOLSTERY: Double stitched vinyl covering 2” thick, high density foam. PULLEYS: 4-1/2” and 3-1/2“diameter, fiberglass impregnated nylon pulleys with sealed ball bearings. CABLE: The most flexible nylon coated, 7 X 19 strand aircraft cable rated at over 2000 lbs. tensile strength WEIGHT STACK: 200 lbs. in 10 lb. increments.
