» Enhance your stretching experience with the Teeter Hang Ups® F7000 Inversion Table. In addition to all of the patented and unique features of our base model, the F7000 is designed to include features that improve user-friendliness and effectiveness. The highlight of the F7000 is the EZ-Stretch Traction Handles, which provide added benefit to inverted stretching and decompression. The handles make it possible to achieve the equivalent of a fully inverted stretch even while at lesser angles. In addition, they can be used as a tool for intermittent traction and oscillation. The benefits of inversion start at an angle of just 20 degrees and are fully realized at 60 degrees, which is equivalent to the angle of the A-frame rear legs. For the advanced user, full inversion provides an ideal way to mobilize the joints and perform inverted sit-ups or squats. Although most people find the standard ankle clamps on the F7000 to be comfortable, some user's may require additional support. Teeter Hang Ups offers the option to convert the F7000 for use with gravity boots. The optional Adapter Kit comes complete with Gravity Boots and the CV Bar needed to convert the table. The F7000 Inversion Table folds compactly for storage in a closet or in a corner. The nylon mat can be removed for washing. The table comes with an instructional DVD, laminated owner's manual, and an 88-page medical research book on inversion written for "nonmedical" people. Some assembly required.
