The Soft Drop Folding System
allows you to safely create extra space when not using your treadmill. In the upright position, four wheels are extended, allowing for easy transport. When you are ready to use it, simply unlatch, step back and watch the treadmill slowly, safely unfold.

BodyCraft's EZ Lubrication System is the cleanest,
and simplest method to lubricate the belt and deck.
Just unscrew the cap on both rear resevoirs,and pour
in the provided silicone! It's that simple.

The enemy of all treadmills, heat generated by friction between the belt and deck will reduce the life of the treadmill components. To combat this enemy, on the TR1140 BodyCraft uses a virtually indestructible, thermoset Melamine coated, 1-inch thick deck. Matched to this specific deck surface is a belt backed with a high grade polyester weave fabric. What does all this mean to you? Simply, an extremely long-lasting and quiet treadmill! The TR1140 comes standard with a 20-inch wide, 2 ply, 2.2 mm thick Belt.

BodyCraft's SmartTrack Running System offers the ideal combination of comfort and stability for treadmill users of every age and fitness level. The Kinetic Energy Dampers (K.E.D.,s) are strategically placed between the deck and frame to provide the most favorable response at each point in your stride; more cushioning in the foot strike zone, moderate cushioning in the middle of your stride, and less cushioning in the push-zone.

the TR1140 motor is strong and whisper-quiet. The Continuous Duty HP ratings are derived from a standardized test among motor manufacturers, not a made-up number you have seen from others! The virtually Silent Linear Drive Incline Motor provides up to 1000 pounds of thrust! While it may not actually need to lift a moose, the raw power simply allows the motor to last longer.

The brains of the drive system,
BodyCraft's lower electronics board ensures a strong, quiet, and natural walking experience. The integrated Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) controller monitors and continuously adjusts the belt speed throughout each step. Whether walking or running, this allows the belt to replicate your natural motion: slightly slowing during foot plant and slightly speeding during your stride. Usually found on more expensive treadmills, the PWM system allows the motor to run quieter and cooler, thus prolonging motor life. In addition, our high tech lower electronics board includes diagnostic LED lights designed to easily analyze where any problems may exist.
